Return & Refund Policy

If something isn't right, we'll make it simple to put right. Here's how returns and refunds work at Pause Rituals.

Returns

You can return an item if:

  • you request the return within 7 days of delivery,
  • the item is unopened, unused and sealed, in its original packaging (including inserts and ritual cards), and
  • you email support@pauserituals.in with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. We'll respond within one working day with return instructions and the address.

What we can't accept

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect).
  • Products bought during a sale or with a discount code (unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect).
  • Digital products, including the 7-Day Pause Reset audio programme and guided audio downloads.
  • Gift cards and free gifts, or single items returned from a ritual kit on their own.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or isn't what you ordered, email support@pauserituals.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the outer packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we'll let you know whether it has been approved.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping is paid by you, unless the fault was ours — then we arrange the pickup.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the ritual you'd prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Email support@pauserituals.in as soon as you can. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.
