Return & Refund Policy

At Pause Rituals, each product is thoughtfully designed to create a calming, sensory experience. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain a careful return and refund policy to ensure quality and hygiene for all customers.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless damaged/defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Email us at support@pauserituals.in
2. Share:
   • Order number
   • Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

• Check with your bank/payment provider
