A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
It started with one candle on a very long night.
I spent years running on empty — answering one more email, taking one more call. The day never seemed to end, and rest felt like something I had to earn. One evening I lit a single candle, sat down, and breathed. Ten minutes later I felt like myself again.
That small moment became Pause Rituals. We don't sell self-care as a chore or a checklist. We make beautiful, honest objects — hand-poured in small batches — that quietly invite you to stop.
Everything we make passes one test: does it help you breathe a little slower? If it doesn't, it doesn't leave the studio.
