Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
- Standard delivery across India: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 on orders below ₹999.
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Digital products
Digital products, such as the 7-Day Pause Reset audio programme, are available to download straight after purchase. Nothing is shipped and no shipping fee applies.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS to follow your parcel with the courier.
Incorrect address or contact details
Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Failed delivery attempts
Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery isn't successful, the parcel may be returned to us. Email support@pauserituals.in to arrange re-delivery; re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, email support@pauserituals.in with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll put it right as quickly as we can.
