At Pause Rituals, we are committed to delivering your rituals safely and efficiently so you can begin your moments of calm without delay.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within India.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
• A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this value
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via email/SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during sales or festive periods
• Courier partner disruptions
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout.
Pause Rituals is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will resolve it at the earliest.
