Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly with the courier.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us at support@pauserituals.in to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@pauserituals.in with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will work to resolve this promptly.
