At Pause Rituals, each kit is thoughtfully curated with personal care products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
